Box Culverts for ELSD Drainage Improvements NO Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for this Project. The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities or defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. Questions received after Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM may not be answered This work involves the construction and delivery of three (3) precast concrete box culverts over the Tributary to Muncy Creek as part of the East Lycoming School District Drainage Improvements Project. Bridge 1 is a 16’-0” x 3’-0” box culvert designed for pedestrian loading and located furthest upstream within the project limits. Bridge 2 is a 16’-0” x 4’-6” box culvert designed for pedestrian loading and located next downstream. Bridge 3 is the furthest downstream and is a 10’-0” x 4’-6” box culvert on Boak Avenue designed to carry vehicular live loads.
