Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Griffith, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: 2" depth surface milling, full-depth pavement patching, placement of new HMA surface, ADA Curb Ramps, sidewalk replacement, curb and gutter, signal cables, and pavement markings on Main Street from Wiggs Avenue to Lafayette Avenue and Wiggs Avenue from Main Street to Columbia St. The Work will be substantially complete on or before 9/30/2025, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before 10/30/2025. This Bid is submitted to: Town of Griffith, Indiana The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
