Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Griffith, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Bids are solicited for the site improvements for Central Park. Construction work will include: site demolition, baseball field renovation, concession stand building façade and roof renovation, sports and site lighting, and playground expansion. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on Bid Forms and in the order as identified and contained in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a completely filled out Form No. 96 (latest revision) and acceptable Bid Security. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price will be required from the Contractor to whom the work is awarded. The Bidders Procedure Checklist must be completed and signed, and documentation specified in the Checklist, including Standard Questionnaire Form 96 (2013 revision), completely filled out and signed, including attachment of Contractor's Financial Statement as stipulated in Section III of Form 96, must be submitted with every Bid.
