The City of Wentzville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the US 61 West Outer Road Extension Phase 2A - Wentzville Parkway Intersection & Widening project. Question Deadline 02/12/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Questions regarding this project shall be submitted through the eBidding system by the date and time specified in the eBidding system Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount shall accompany each bid in accordance with the Notice to Contractors paragraph 5 Bid Guaranty. The US 61 West Outer Road Extension Phase 2A - Wentzville Parkway Intersection & Widening ("Project") shall consist of the widening and full depth pavement replacement of Wentzville Parkway from Meyer Road to Parkway Ridge Blvd. for approximately 0.41 miles. The project includes a 10-foot multi use trail on the South side and a 6-foot wide sidewalk on the North side, ADA curb ramps, a new intersection, signal work, continuous street lighting, pavement marking, signing, and other appurtenances. The DBE Goal for this project is 10%. DBE participation is recommended and DBE Firms must be listed in the MRCC DBE Directory located on MoDOTs Online in order to be counted as participants. We encourage DBE Firms to submit qualifications as prime consultants for any project they feel can be managed by their Firm.
