Renovation of a laboratory facility in Richmond, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from eligible and qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms authorized to operate in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The selected firm will provide professional design services for wet lab and vivarium space on two floors of the Massey Cancer Center, awarded through a competitive negotiation process. Work Location: Richmond VA Project Location: Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center Ground Floor and First Floor 401 College Street Richmond, Virginia, VCU reserves the right to cancel this RFP or reject proposals at any time prior to an award.
