Site work and paving for a civil project in Quincy, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the greenfield construction of necessary infrastructure to support economic development near the SR 12 / I-10 interchange. Improvements shall include the construction of a new entrance road with associated roadway drainage, a master stormwater facility and a new traffic signal on SR 12 at the intersection with the new entrance road. The associated utilities will include a new water main, forcemain and gravity sewer. Completion date for this project will be 270 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $200.00 per day.
