The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on April 24, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the Region Three/District Four Office in Peoria. Phase III engineering services are required for Contract 68E44 in District 4. This contract is the rehabilitation of the Westbound McClugage Bridge spanning the Illinois River. Work includes the removal and the replacement of two bridge decks, structural steel repairs, painting of the Westbound McClugage Bridge, and all other collateral work needed to complete the project.
