New hard surfaced parking is planned to the south ofthe new hanger building and east ofthe new terminal building. Maximum structural foundation loads were not provided, however, based on Mid-State's experience with this size ofstructure and construction, anticipated maximum structural loads are expected to be on the order of 3 klffor walls and 50 kips for isolated columns, if any. It is expected the building site will be slightly elevated along the south and east sides ofthe area of construction approximately 18 inches to match the existing grades ofthe buildings and airport concrete in addition to providing positive drainage away from the new structures and parking.
