As of March 21, 2025, project is awarded to Randsco Pipeline in the bid amount of $1,530,512.50. PROJECT COST ~ 1.5 - 2 million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Install approximately 4,700 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, 110 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances along Penfield Road in the Town of Penfield. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner may consider any Bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions herein nonresponsive. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities. Contract Time: Once work begins with trenching and installing water main, all Work to achieve Substantial Completion must be completed on or before July 31, 2025 (plus any additional time allotted for weather delays according to Article 4 of General Conditions). Work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Article 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before September 30th, 2025.
