Site work for a civil project in Penfield, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for the project will generally consist of Raising existing pump station and constructing flood resiliency measures. The bids shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work as indicated in the Technical Specifications which are part of these Contract Documents. All inquiries shall be directed, in writing to the Town at engineer@penfield.org no later than 4 PM on Friday March 28, 2025. Inquiries Response: Friday, April 4, 2025 Town Board Discussion: Wednesday, April 16, 2025 Potential Town Board Award: Wednesday, May 7, 2025 The Town of Penfield reserves the right to consider bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The town of Penfield further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests.
