Monroe County ("the County") is soliciting proposals for Northeast Quadrant (Gloria Drive) Landfill Geological Services. The RFP Coordinator, identified below, is the sole point of contact regarding this RFP from the date of issuance until the selection of the successful Respondent. However, this intent does not commit the County to award a contract to any Respondent, or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal in response to this request, or to procure or contract for any services. The County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (a) accept or reject in part or in its entirety any proposal received as a result of this RFP if it is in the best interest of the County to do so; (b) award one or more contracts to one or more qualified Respondents if necessary to achieve the objectives of this RFP and if it is in the best interest of the County to do so. The County maintains the option to expand these types of services to other County projects, departments, and divisions as needed. Requests for RFP Clarification - Must be submitted in writing to the RFP Coordinator at the email address provided in Section 1 and received no later than 3:00 PM ET. August 2, 2024 This assignment is for Geologic Service of County-owned Gloria Drive Landfill include professional services on an as-needed basis. The project will require varying levels of involvement on behalf of the selected Respondent, and will often require a prompt turn-around of services. The Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (MBE/WBE/SDVOB) percentage goals of twelve percent (12%) MBE, three percent (3%) WBE, and six percent (6%) SDVOB, as detailed in Section 4, apply to this RFP.
