Responses to questions/requests for clarification will be posted to the solicitation on the online website. Question Deadline 02/19/2025 at 12:00 PM PT Questions answered on online are considered to be a part of or clarification to the RFP and are considered to be addenda to be acknowledged by Proposers in their proposal submittals using the form provided. The City may also issue, at its sole discretion, a separate addendum document in response to questions/requests for clarification. The City expects to enter into an agreement with the awarded vendor for a three-year initial term with two one-year options to extend, at the City's sole discretion, for a total of five years. The City reserves the right to review the successful Proposer's performance at any time throughout the term of the Agreement and cancel all or part of the Agreement, with or without cause, in its sole discretion. The City reserves the right to cancel the RFP and make no award. The City reserves the right to reject the proposal of any Proposer who previously failed to perform adequately for the City or any other governmental agency.
