Site work and paving for a civil project in Muskegon Heights, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: o 2,660 ft. of road reconstruction o 1,800 ft. of 12-inch storm sewer o 3,595 ft. of 4-inch to 12-inch water main o 36 lead water service line replacements o Miscellaneous Sanitary Sewer Improvement A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to City of Muskegon Heights in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. All work shall be substantially completed (Roads open to traffic) on October 31, 2025. Final restoration and project completion shall occur on or before November 11, 2025. Prein&Newhof will coordinate questions with Metro Consulting Associates. Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the bid.
