Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Muskegon Heights, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following approximate quantities: 920 ft. of 6-inch to 12-inch water main 40 lead water service line replacements Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to City of Muskegon Heights in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. All work shall be substantially completed (Roads open to traffic) on October 2, 2026. Final restoration and project completion shall occur on or before October 16, 2026. The project shall be completed within 75 calendar days of commencing construction.
