The Project Consists of Furnishing All Material and Constructing the Following at Muskegon Heights Water Filtration Plant a Removal of Approximately 3,600 Tons of Treatment Residual Solids From Two Lagoons Dewatering of Solids in the South Lagoon Replacement of the South Lagoon Overflow Pipe Grading and Stabilization of Lagoon Side Slopes All Associated Vegetation Removal, Fence and Gate Replacement, Site Work, and Restoration. Deposit: 5% of Bid Amount Commencement of Work Construction Activities Are to Begin as Soon as Possible Following Contract Award. It is the Intent of the Owner to Consider Award of the Contract to the Successful Bidder at the July 14, 2025, City Council Meeting. 11. Completion Date All Work Shall Be Substantially Completed on July 1, 2026. Final Restoration and Project Completion Shall Occur on or Before August 31, 2026. Right to Reject Bids the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities in Bidding.
