Renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbia, Missouri. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of December 18, 2025, project awarded. Pre-solicitation Notice- 36C25525R0039- Relocate Behavioral Health Phase 2, 589A-26-103 Magnitude of construction project range: Between $ 5,000,000 to $10,000,000.00. Anticipated time for completion of design is _310_calendar days including time for VA reviews. B. Site visits shall be at a fixed cost per site visit. (1) General Site Visits: Provide 20. (2) Pre-bid Conference: Provide one (1). (3) Final inspections, at completion of each phase where the VA must accept work done by the contractor. Formal documentation will be required for all site visits. A site inspection report which includes the purpose of the inspection, items reviewed, deficiencies observed, recommendations and additional actions required, shall be furnished to the COR within three working days of the site visit. Record of site visits will be in accordance with, Special Provisions of the Contract. Only registered architects and engineers thoroughly familiar with the project may make these site visits. The A/E shall observe the construction and advise the COR of any deviation or deficiencies. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
