Site work for a water / sewer project in Indio, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in Special Provisions, Section 500 of the Technical Specifications. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the IWA Engineer. The project is located at three different Indio Water Authority well sites designated Well 1E, Well AA, and Well 13 as shown on Attachment A. The project will include modifications to the existing onsite Chrome 6 resin-based treatment systems to allow for onsite regeneration of the treatment resins, removing the contaminated water created by the regeneration process, and transporting and treating the contaminated water at the Contractor's site in accordance with all California State and Federal requirements.
