Project Overview. The work entails inspection of sixty-five (65) Lighthouse electrical pedestals on the harbor docks. Scope of Work. Inspect and test the electrical functions of all pedestals. Prepare a list of pedestals requiring repair, including the necessary electrical components and estimated labor hours for each. Repairs are not included. They will be separately contracted. Instructions to Offerors. A. For clarification or interpretation of this RFQ contact Ms. Paula Davis, Harbor Master, 757-900-3625. Contract Award. Award will be made by the Town Manager. The Town reserves the right to negotiate with the low offeror should sufficient funds not be available.
