Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cape Charles, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Install 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk as follows: • North Section – Approximately 61’ long from existing sidewalk on Randolph Avenue southwest parallel to fence. Edge of sidewalk shall be approximately 2’ from the fence. Maximum of 12:1 slope from existing sidewalk on Randolph Avenue. • South Section – Approximately 82’ long from terminus of north section to alley. Edge of sidewalk shall be approximately 2’ west from the fence. Terminus at alley shall be CG-12 detectable warning surface. The Town of Cape Charles, Virginia, is inviting bids for construction of a concrete sidewalk on Fig Street. Project Overview. The work entails approximately 143 linear feet of 5-foot-wide sidewalk on the east side of Fig Street, adjacent to New Roots Youth Garden. Scope of Work. Sidewalk shall be constructed in accordance with the attached Scope of Work & Specifications.
