Renovation of a mixed-use development in Glendale, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Fire Systems Improvements at Various City Facilities The Price Proposal Documents shall include a cashiers check or certified check drawn on a solvent bank, cash, or a Proposal Bond executed by a California admitted surety insurer which must be in the form furnished by the City, or approved by the City Attorney, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total maximum price proposal amount, payable to the City of Glendale. The penal amount of the Payment Bond shall remain equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum.
