Provide new gate posts as needed per specifications of Folger Adam Type J Operator. New concrete footings shall be installed per local building codes. 3. Provide manual operation when power is down. 4. Provide a keyless lockingdevice which engages the gate at three locations in the locking column. Provide as tamper proof. 5. Motor voltage shall be 208 VAC. 60 HZ, 3 phase 1/3 HP 6. Chain driven operation with welded steel construction and steel structure support. 7. All construction must be tamper resistant. 8. Provide with adjustable friction clutch. 9. Provide with automatic dead locking with three-point locking mechanism. 10. All housings and componentsmust be weather resistant and designed for exterior installation.
