General Work Description: The work under this contract includes the provision and delivery of a prefabricated restroom building to Lee Bell Park in the City of Fairfield California as shown in the Plans and Contract Documents and Plans. Bid Guaranty and Bonding Requirements are as follows: (a) a bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid price must be submitted with bid proposal, (b) the successful bidder shall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of total bid price. The engineer's estimate for this phase of the project is $250,000. The restroom shall be delivered to the site once most of the Site Work is completed, which is currently expected in June or July 2026. The Contractor shall have 50 working days to complete the work.
