SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Mesa Water Resources Department (City) is seeking a multi-year term contract with a qualified contractor to perform bare ground weed management, minor landscaping including tree and shrub trimming, blower cleaning of walkways, entrances, driveways and removal of debris, weeds and dead vegetation at the Water Reclamation Plants and Water Treatment Plants indicated. Questions concerning this Solicitation should be submitted in writing through the City of Mesas Procurement Services Website Vendor Self Service portal electronic Technical Questions: Jess Romney, NIGP-CPP, CPPB Procurement Supervisor Phone: 480-644-5798 ess.Romney@MesaAZ.gov Questions are due on Thursday, February 6, 2025, by 11:00 a.m., local Arizona time. Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days before the due date and time for Responses may be answered at the discretion of the City. TERM: This Solicitation is for awarding a firm, fixed-price purchasing contract to cover a three (3) year term. RENEWALS: On the mutual written agreement of the Parties, the Term may be renewed up to a maximum of two (2) years. Any renewal(s) will be a continuation of the same terms and conditions as in effect immediately before the expiration of the then-current term. The City reserves the right to reject Responses that the City deems unacceptable for any reason
