Reference Number 0000375490 Work includes conditions assessment and rehabilitation of three (3) existing lift stations and one (1) access drive for Peninsula and Alamo. As described in Attachment D, Location Maps, Master Plan Lift Station Recommendations, Geotechnical Report, & Record Drawings, the work will include conditions assessment and rehabilitation of three (3) existing lift stations and one (1) access drive. There are two (2) sanitary sewer lift stations (Peninsula and Alamo locations) and one (1) stormwater lift station (Peninsula location). The access drive to be assessed and rehabilitated is at the Peninsula location. The intent is to upgrade aging components of the lift stations and correct pavement settlement at the Peninsula access drive. The contractor shall be responsible for: Providing an Assessment Report for rehabilitation of lift stations and access road; Providing Construction Documents for each lift station and access road; Performing rehabilitation/construction work (or managing/supervising approved subcontractors performing work); and Providing post construction As-Built Record Drawings. Proposers may deviate from the city's proposed scope of work if doing so will better achieve the project's goals or make more efficient use of available resources. If deviating from the scope of work above and in Attachment D, your proposal must explicitly highlight proposed changes and include explanations for why the different approach is advantageous.
