Reference Number 0000373099 The City of Littleton is requesting proposals for professional project and construction management, inspection, and administrative services for its Santa Fe & Mineral intersection improvement project. The consultant's inspection team must be knowledgeable in a variety of topics, including traffic signals, placement of asphalt and concrete, earthwork and soils, storm sewer installation, fiber installation and testing, drilled caissons, erosion and sediment control, striping, and traffic control. The consultant will act as an owner's representative for this project and will manage all aspects of the project from pre-construction through final close out. The consultant's administrative team must be knowledgeable in a variety of topics, including Colorado Department of Transportation ("CDOT") Local Agency projects and construction management, CDOT on-system project and construction management, Equal Employment Opportunity compliance and reporting on Federally-funded projects, Build America Buy America compliance, working with a public information officer to convey information to the public, materials compliance testing and reporting, and CDOT reporting and close out process. The city anticipates awarding a contract to a single consultant, and anticipates the contract will have a two-year term. These professional services are locally-funded.
