Renovation of a library in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Estimated Construction Cost: $102,985. Project Description Arapahoe Community College (ACC) Library roofs need replacement and this work funded by ACC directly. Base Bid is the scope described below. The Library is the northern addition on the Main Building located on the Littleton campus, 5900 South Santa Fe Drive, Littleton, 80120, has four sections of roof at different levels. Typical access to the roofs is by coming down from the upper roofs of the conjoined Main Building; the Main Building roof can be accessed via a keyed elevator. Hours of operation in the Library and Learning Commons is Mon-Thur 8:00 - 8:00, Fri 8:00 - 5:00, and Sat 9:00 - 3:00. Date Email Questions Due February 19, 2025 by noon Date Email Answers Issued February 20, 2025 by 4:00 via posting on Colorado VSS Anticipated Construction Start/Finish July 1, 2025. BID SECURITY: A bid security of not less than 5% of the bid price is required when the price is estimated to be $50,000 or more. The security shall be a bond by a surety company, the equivalent in cash, or otherwise supplied in a form satisfactory for the State. Noncompliance requires the bid to be rejected as nonresponsive. has executed the required Agreement and furnished the required Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance Policy. The right is reserved to waive informalities and to reject any and all Bids.
