The Project consists of: Re-bid for vacancy unit modernization at Unit E 30 Rust Street including asbestos abatement of kitchen floor tile, demolition of selective floor and wall construction and finishes, plumbing fixtures and electrical. Installation of new work to provide a modernized apartment. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the City or Town Housing Authority
