Description

Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Pembroke, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a 51,600-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

This project consists ofthe installation of a new natural gas generator, transfer switch, and associated feeders and control wiring at the Livermore Library and the Jones Recreation Center. New natural gas piping will be installed to supply the generators. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Jones Center: Demolish existing 60KW generator and abandon existing underground natural gas piping and feeder. Install new natural gas generator, ATS, docking station, and associated feeders and control wiring. Reconnect existing equipment indicated in the drawings. Install new natural gas piping for increased load from new generator. Livermore: Install new natural gas generator, ATS, and associated feeders and control wiring. Reconnect existing equipment indicated in the drawings. Install new natural gas piping to supply new generator.
