Description

New construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Pembroke, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 840-square-foot, one-room playground / park / athletic field.

The University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide complete professional design and construction administration services for the construction of an 840-square-foot Women's Soccer locker room to address Title IX requirements. This facility must accommodate a maximum of thirty students and lockers. The selected designer will advance the design from its current phase, utilizing preliminary work already completed, and proceed with final design, bidding, and construction. The designer will be provided with existing supporting documents and project background information for incorporation, evaluation, and further development. Firms must submit one electronic copy of their Letter of Interest in PDF format via email. In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina. Communications are to be directed only via email to the designated project contact, with a copy to the specified additional contact.
