The summary of pay items for this project is listed in the Bid Price Proposal. Advertised Estimate: the Award Amount and Contract Performance Bond Shall Be Based on the Department S Advertised Estimate Amount of $125,000.00 and Not the Contractor S Bid Total. Performance Bond: a Contract / Performance Bond is Required for This Project. It is only necessary to submit the Small Business Affidavit (SBA) form once per year.
