This Contract will be a regional contract that includes counties within District Four. No quantities are guaranteed and there will be no unit cost adjustment for quantities required over or under the estimated quantities. This contract will be awarded based on the total amount of $0 (zero) dollars and not the contractor s bid total. Additional funds will be added to the contract as needed. Pre-Qualified: Contractor must be pre-qualified. The Bid Bond is waived for this project. The contract may only be awarded to one vendor.
