This Contract will be a regional contract that includes counties within District Four. No quantities are guaranteed and there will be no unit cost adjustment for quantities required over or under the estimated quantities. This contract will be awarded based on the total amount of $0 (zero) dollars and not the contractor s bid total. Additional funds will be added to the contract as needed. Pre-Qualified: Contractor must be pre-qualified. The Bid Bond is waived for this project. The contract may only be awarded to one vendor. Awarded Contractor must: Provide Commercial General Liability Insurance, the limits of coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence and not less than a $5,000,000 annual general aggregate, inclusive of amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy Question Deadline 06/05/2025 at 5:00 PM ET, Questions posted to this site will be responded to by the Department.
