This Contract will be a regional contract that will include counties within District Four. The Contractor shall perform Generator Installation and Refueling Operations and Traffic Signal Repair Operations pursuant to the terms of this Contract and at the direction of the Department. REQUIRED SUBMITTALS: The Contractor shall provide a letter to the Department at the time of bid, from a surety authorized to do business in the State of Florida, verifying the Contractor is bondable in the State of Florida. For the purposes of this contract, the dollar amount is established at $2,000,000.00. Form 575-060-13 Non-collusion Declaration and Compliance with 49 CFR &29 No quantities are guaranteed and there will be no unit cost adjustment for quantities required over or under the estimated quantities.
