The City of Douglas is soliciting bids from qualified suppliers for the procurement and delivery of six (6) cast iron slide gates as specified in the RFP. These gates will be used for a municipal water infrastructure project and must meet all relevant industry standards and specifications. Specifically, American Water Works Association (AWWA) C560 Cast Iron Slide Gates The selected vendor shall provide: Five (5) new 18-inch cast iron slide gates One (1) new 24-inch cast iron slide gate Delivery to the City of Douglas Water Treatment Plant, 420 West Grant Street, Douglas, WY 82633 All necessary documentation, including warranty information and compliance certifications. Each Bid must be submitted on the Bid Form, accompanied by Bid security, as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders, payable to the City of Douglas (OWNER) in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount Bid.
