Highlands County is seeking a Vendor(s) to provide aluminum and aluminized corrugated metal culverts/pipes, gaskets, and bands on an "as needed" and "as requested" basis. TERM: The successful bidder shall be responsible for furnishing and delivering to the County's requesting Department(s) the commodity or services on an "as needed basis". The initial term of the Contract shall be for three (3) year term from the date of the Board approval. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the contract may be renewed for two (2) one (1) year terms, at the same pricing. A Price Adjustment Clause is included in this solicitation. Prices shall remain firm for 1 year. Contractor must apply for Price Adjustment thirty (30) days prior to anniversary date and justify increase or decrease.
