Renovation of an educational facility in Sebring, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The School Board of Highlands County, herein referred to as the SBHC, is requesting bids for the cost associated with Sebring Pre-K Center Chiller Plant upgrade. This project includes all mechanical work detailed in the drawings including the replacement of two (2) owner furnished air cooled chillers, three (3) owner furnished end suction pumps, air separator, expansion tank, pit feeder and associated chilled water piping and insulation. Electrical scope shall include the disconnect and reconnect of existing and new equipment as noted in the electrical plans. The controls work for this project will be directly contracted between the County and controls vendor (Boyd Brothers). Complete electronic files for the bid can be obtained from KPI Engineering, Inc.
