Sun 'n Lake of Sebring Improvement District Gym and Yoga Building The Sun 'n Lake of Sebring Improvement District is issuing this Request for Proposal to solicit services from all interested, qualified and licensed vendors who specialize in construction of buildings, as well as landscaping, fencing, and building of gazebos. The successful builder and landscaper must be licensed in the State of Florida and shall provide all equipment, materials and labor for the construction of the District pool and landscaping. specified in this request. The district does not guarantee a minimum value for this contract. The purpose ofthis project is to have a vendor come in and build a building as well as landscaping, decking, fencing, etc. Building measuring 50 feet by 35 feet with wall separating room at 25ft, 10" ceilings, includes electrical work and some rough in plumbing for water and ice machines- NO bathrooms. This will include some floor to ceiling glass windows on the Pool facade as well as entry doors and high windows to allow light in. o Landscaping around new pool such as palm trees, rocks, plants, hammocks o Gazebos around the pool, matching the current styles on site, but with power hookups. o Decking around the pool, using a manmade TREX style wood.
