Renovation of an educational facility in Sebring, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The School Board of Highlands County, herein referred to as the SBHC, is requesting bids for the cost associated with Sebring High School Fire Alarm Replacement. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The Project consists of furnishing and installation of materials as required for a complete installation of the Fire Alarm system as detailed within these specifications and drawings. Contractor is responsible for delivering equipment to the job site and the contractor will off load all equipment at the site. B. The Work includes (but is not limited to) the following: 1. The Work includes furnishing, receiving of ancillary equipment, devices, insulation, etc. as indicated on contract documents. 2. Add smoke detectors in various locations as shown on prints. 3. The Work includes coordination with other trades so that all materials, equipment, parts, etc. are provided and installed in an organized and timely manner. 4. All work shall be accomplished using new materials except as specified herein. Warranty on equipment shall be one year from day of acceptance.
