Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Farmington, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Dakota County is looking for bids to upgrade the HVAC in our camper cabins at White Tail Regional Park. This will be a new install, with a ductless mini split system in 3 of our camper cabins. SCOPE: A. Provide and install three new 1-ton Samsung Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pumps. One in each of the three cabins. B. Contractor is responsible for electrical installation including low voltage for thermostat. Refrigerant piping and start up. C. Contactor will seal all penetrations where the conduit and refrigerant pipe enter and exit the cabins. D. Contractor is responsible for clean up after the job is complete. E. Work will take place during normal business hours. F. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and materials and perform all operations in connection with the execution of work as stated and is responsible for the removal of all demoed items, and waste associated with this project. Project Start Date: March 31st, 2025 Substantial Completion: April 4th, 2025 Project Final Completion Date: April 9th, 2025
