Notice is Hereby Given That Eureka Township ("town") is Seeking Sealed Bids for Road Maintenance and Snow Removal Services for a Three-year Period. Term of Services is From the 2025 Summer Maintenance Season Until The End of the 2027-2028 Winter Maintenance Season. No Bid Will Be Considered Unless It is Securely Sealed in an Envelope, Labeled With the Nature of the Bid, and Received by the Town Clerk Prior to the Time Noted Above for the Closing of Bids. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by Bid Security Equal to $2,500.00, Which Shall Be Forfeited to the Town in the Event the Successful Bidder Fails to Enter Into a Contract or to Furnish Proof of the Required Insurances. The Bid Security Shall Be a Bid Bond Issued by a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of Minnesota and Acceptable to The Town, or a Certified Check or Cashier's Check From a Federally Insured Bank, Payable to "eureka Township." If Awarded the Bid, the Bidder Will Be Required to Enter Into the Town's Road Maintenance Agreement. The Town Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities Without Explanation.
