Renovation of a municipal facility in Winthrop, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Price to fabricate and install (all parts, equipment, labor, and services needed) two (2) curb for a roof-top HVAC Unit. Work will included (but not limited to) the following 1. Removal and disposal of existing curbs. 2. Footprint to match existing curb footprint. 3. Curbs to be provided with 2" adjustable spring isolation. 4. Curb to be wind/seismic rated. 5. 24" curb with 12" spring assembly, total curb height 36". 6. Plenum curb with full solid bottom and single full height divider for field cut SA and RA openings. 7. Approximate unit dimensions are 35 x 12 x 7. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Procurement Officer via email at dcook@winthropma.gov. Fabrication and Installation of Curbs for Roof Top HVAC Unit. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
