No paper bids will be accepted for either bid event. A 5% bid deposit must accompany all bids. Each General Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the bidder has the classification and capacity rating to perform the Work and an Update Statement. In order to be eligible to bid, a General Bidder must be certified in either of the following categories of work. This contract is subject to a 7.24% MBE and a 3.6% WBE participation requirement. Each Filed Sub-Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by DCAMM showing that the Sub-Bidder has been certified to participate on public construction projects and perform the class of work for which the Sub-Bid is submitted. Each Filed Sub-Bid must also be accompanied with an Update Statement. Filed SubBids will be required on the following classes of work: Division Sub-trades 16 Electrical Work The work includes, but is not limited to: furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the critical isolation and control valves, inspection of the Liquid Oxygen Storage Tank and replacement of associated relief valves, as well as an overhaul of all four main air compressors at the DITP Cryogenics Facility. The estimated time frame for project completion is 900 calendar days. The work to be performed under this contract generally consists of two main components: Cryogenic Oxygen Facility Improvements and Main Air Compressor Overhaul Services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the construction of the Cryogenic Facility Valve Replacement project. The Contractor shall perform all work required for such construction in accordance with the Contract Documents and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
