Replace soffit panels, trim boards and flashing with new and misc repairs. Add insulation to 3 attic spaces. Add alternates for replacement of vinyl siding with fiber cement clapboards and replacement of exterior light fixtures. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Roofing and Flashing The work is estimated to cost $207,685.00. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. Completion- 70 consecutive calendar days. base bid: 1. replace all existing roofing and underlayment with new as indicated. 2. remove and replace with new all window shutters. 3. remove and replace with new all gutters and downspouts. 4. install new insulation in attic as indicated and insulate existing attic hatches. 5. remove and replace eave fascia with new pvc board. 6. remove and replace existing soffit at eaves with continuous linear vent and solid panel. 7. add new and replace existing blocking where rotten as required for soffit work (unit price). 8. remove and replace with new copper flashing at chimneys and sidewalls. 9. repair covered front entry posts. 10. prepare and paint covered front and rear entry posts. add alternate #1 (aa1): remove all siding and trim as indicated and replace with new lap siding and pvc trim. remove and replace front and rear entry porch ceilings with new. remove and replace siding and trim at front and rear entry porch roofs with new. add alternate #2 (aa2): remove existing and install new light fixtures at front & rear entry porch ceilings.
