Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winthrop, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a library; for site work for a library; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Demolition of existing walkway and construction of new accessible walkway at the Winthrop Public Library. Town of Winthrop, MA (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for Winthrop Public Library Accessible Ramp, which includes the demolition of an existing concrete walkway and stairs and construction of a new concrete walkway, stairs, and accessible ramp, including site grading, removal and replanting of an existing 2-inch caliper tree, and furnishing and installing railings, curb, area drains and drain pipe.
