Project All work is at 593-603 Pleasant St, a 6-unit multifamily building. Remove existing and replace with new asphalt shingles and underlayment. Replace soffit panels, trim boards and flashing with new and misc repairs. Add insulation to 3 attic spaces. Add alternates for replacement of vinyl siding with fiber cement clapboards and replacement of exterior light fixtures. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 04/21/2025 at 3:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SOMWBA. The combined participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 13% of the final contract price including accepted alternates. Request for waivers must be sent to EOHLC (shanyan.li@mass.gov) 5 calendar days prior to the General Bid date. NO WAIVERS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER THE GENERAL BIDS ARE OPENED.
