Scope Of Work **Asbestos removal to be completed by Rowan-Salisbury School System o Remove all existing seating prior to abatement (Bidder must provide their own detailed floor plan of existing seat orientation prior to removing any seats) o Protect stage using plywood and store all seating onstage until project is completed o Remove all bolts from concrete (Bolts must be removed or cut so they are below existing slab) o Fill existing chair bolt holes completely with cementitious patching compound prior to floor polish o Polish existing concrete to800 grit in the three sections under the seating areas o Prep existing flooring where new carpet will be installed as needed to receive Milliken Barrier Coating (New carpet will be installed in front, back, and aisles of auditorium and in foyer) o Milliken barrier coating in all are as to receive new carpet(front, back, and aisles of auditorium and in foyer) o Milliken walk off carpet tile O bex cut tile in foyer (Colortbd) o Milliken Remix Remastered carpet tiles in front, back, and aisles of auditorium(Color tbd) o Rubber carpet to nothing transitions around all seating areas (Color tbd) o Quarter round as needed in auditorium to match existing o 6" Rubber cove base in foyer o Replace all existing seating with new floor hardware(Seating must be installed in same orientation as existing) o Dispose of any trash or leftover construction debris o Clean any dust caused from construction
