Renovation of a mixed-use development in Glencoe, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Contracts consist of work related to replacing the roofing system on the Carr Administration Building. The work includes: site preparation and protection, removal and replacement of the existing stone copings, and removal and replacement of the existing roofing system COMPLETION DATE: Project Completion date is July 31, 2025. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. This project generally consists of the replacement of roofing systems and parapet coping replacement at the Carr Administration Building. The building structure is clad brick with existing built up roofing. 2. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Replacement of the existing roofing systems. b. Replacement of existing flashing and counterflashing c. Repair of the existing roof decks as needed. d. Replacement of existing coping stones. e. Sealant joints at new coping stones. 3. Owner will occupy building during construction.
