Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glencoe, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
It is the intent of the Village of Glencoe ("Village") to contract with a consultant ("Consultant") for all necessary labor, expenses and materials to conduct construction engineering services for the Village of Glencoe 2025 Water Main Improvement Project ("Project"). Further details related to the format and scope of services for the Project are described within. The Project consists of replacing approximately 2,450 linear feet (LF) of a six-inch water main with a new twelve-inch water main on Dundee Road between Green Bay Road and just west of Bluff Street. The project will also be installing new sidewalk along Dundee Road in current gaps. The Village is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide construction engineering services for the improvement project. The Consultant will primarily be responsible for construction observation services and related tasks; see the Scope of Services section below for further details. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Village of Glencoe Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person(S). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
