Description: The proposed project, officially titled *Shelton Park Path and Court Improvements*, involves milling and resurfacing at the locations identified in the plans. The scope of work includes surface preparation through sweeping and cleaning, followed by the application of a Hot-Mix Asphalt overlay to elevate the path grade and address drainage concerns. It also includes the reconstruction of what are currently two tennis courts into one tennis court and two pickleball courts. Additional Description: Additional tasks encompass site restoration, including topsoil placement, seeding, and erosion control blanket installation. Grading and shaping of ditches, as well as the removal and replacement of concrete pads with ADA-compliant versions, are also included. The project further involves the removal and reinstallation of park benches, shrub removal, rain garden installation, and all necessary incidental and collateral work to complete the improvements as specified in the project documentation.
