Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Avondale, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 2,000-unit multi-residential development; 405-space parking garage; playground / park / athletic field; 225,000-square-foot retail development; for site work for a 16-acre multi-residential development; 40,000-square-foot restaurant; 13,000-square-foot office development; and 65,000-square-foot recreation facility.
Project scope includes but is not limited to site work and development of a mixed-use community to include residential, office space, retail, restaurant and entertainment hub. The project will be completed in phases. Phase I will include 10,000 square feet for full-service restaurant and bar, office space and lakefront restaurants. Phase II will include a seven-acre hard corner at Avondale and Van Buren. As of January 28, 2026, a developer has been selected by the city of Avondale. Information regarding an architect and general contractor selection has not been disclosed.
