Amount: The Port intends to award two (2) contracts at $5M each Goal: Aspirational WMBE Goal 20% The consultant shall provide all required professional services for the Architect Services contract on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ). Service may include mechanical and electrical system design, architectural support, civil/structural engineering support, feasibility studies, etc. The PORT intends on issuing up to two (2) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. The initial period of performance of any Agreement resulting from this solicitation is expected to be three (3) years.The PORT may include option(s) to extend for two (2) optional years. Estimated Project Fee The Estimated Project Fee applies to all tasks identified in Exhibit 1, Scope of Work. The PORT intends on issuing multiple Agreements as a result of this solicitation. It is intended that up to two (2) contracts will be awarded. The first contract will be awarded to the highest rated firm, valued at $5,000,000. The second contract will be awarded to the second rated firm, valued at $5,000,000. In the event the PORT does not receive a sufficient number of qualified proposals, the PORT may award fewer contract(s) and increase capacity of the awarded contract(s) to the selected firms, for a total value not to exceed $10,000,000. The PORT does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work under these contracts. Work will be ordered on an as-required basis through Service Directives for the duration of the Agreement. All questions must be submitted in writing through the PORT's Procurement Officer by February 10, 2025, 12:00 PM PT, in order to allow adequate time for preparation of a response.
